To achieve alignment around a strategic vision for Singapore Accountancy Alliance (SAA), we conducted our Strategy Workshop for a second year, gathering partners from member firms and working together on a Saturday morning at Tanah Merah Country Club – Garden course.
We had an effective discussion with our Advisor, Mr. Chaly Mah, sharing thoughts and insights for direction and vision for SAA for the next 5 to 10 years. Issues discussed include strategies beyond compliance; technology enablers; and partnership and expansions.
